1. Scope and contact
This policy covers the corporate website and email enquiries initiated from it. It does not automatically cover products or customer data in client projects, or third-party websites. Project-specific data handling must be agreed separately. For privacy questions, contact mail@astraforge.app.
2. Information you provide
Email links open your mail application; they do not automatically submit a website form. If you choose to send a message, the recipient and email providers receive your email address, any name you supply, your enquiry and attachments. Provide only what is needed for the enquiry.
3. Technical information during visits
Cloudflare or Vercel hosts this website, depending on the deployment you visit. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times, browser or device information and requested paths to deliver pages, maintain security and diagnose faults. The homepage loads an image from Unsplash’s image service. Your browser makes a request to that service and may share your IP address, browser information and referring-page information, depending on browser settings.
4. Purposes and cookies
Enquiry information is used to respond, assess your project needs and follow up on the conversation you initiated. Technical information supports website delivery and security. When Web Analytics is enabled on the Vercel version, cookie-free analytics measure aggregate page views, referrals, and browser and device categories to improve the website. We do not use it for advertising tracking or send email enquiry contents to it. Vercel processes analytics requests under its applicable privacy documentation. The website does not use browser storage to remember a language choice. Hosting or security services may use their own technical mechanisms. Material changes to data handling will be reflected here, with appropriate choices provided where required.
5. Providers, disclosure and international processing
Hosting, external image and email providers may process relevant information to supply their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or to address a security incident. Service infrastructure may be outside your country or region; processing is also subject to the providers’ own privacy rules and applicable law.
6. Retention and security
Retention should be limited to what is needed to handle enquiries, fulfil agreements and meet applicable legal requirements, rather than indefinite storage. Provider log retention depends on their settings and policies. Do not send highly sensitive information in ordinary email; internet and email transmission cannot be guaranteed absolutely secure.
7. Requests and policy changes
Contact mail@astraforge.app to request access to, correction or deletion of information you supplied, or to stop further communication. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law, necessary identity checks and legal retention duties. Revisions to this policy will be published here with an updated date.
